Fotobloom is a subscription-based online gallery for photographers, videographers and photo booth operators. You upload your photos, choose a design and send your clients a link – with selection, download, guest gallery, audio guestbook, shop and photo album all in one place.

No. Your clients simply open the gallery in their browser via the link or QR code – on a computer, tablet or phone. If they like, they can add the gallery to their home screen as an app in two clicks, with a favourite photo as the icon.

In a few seconds: enter a title, choose a preset, done. Design, expiry, download rules and add-ons come from your preset. Then drag in your photos – they upload in the background.

Templates for your galleries, for example “Wedding”, “Photo booth” or “Business”. In them you set the design, albums, expiry, download, welcome message, watermark and add-ons once. Every new gallery adopts them automatically.

You choose “Selection gallery” when creating the gallery or in its settings. Your clients mark favourites, set photos aside and comment on individual photos. With “Send selection” you receive everything in one place, including file names for Lightroom.

Photos as JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC up to 60 MB per file, plus videos. Fotobloom creates preview images for computer and phone automatically.

Yes. Any gallery can have a password or PIN and an expiry if you wish, for example three months or until a specific date. After that it goes offline automatically – nothing is deleted.

Yes. Under “Your brand” you add your logo, website, contact details and your profiles – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Vimeo and your Google reviews. Your clients and their guests find everything in every gallery under “Your photographer” and at the bottom of the page. Anything you leave empty isn’t shown.

Yes, individually or everything as a ZIP, in original or web size. You can also switch off downloads per gallery or only allow them via the shop.

Yes. You move and zoom the crop directly in the cover photo – separately for computer and phone. That way, heads are always in the right place.

Yes. With the info text you can write, for example, “Please choose no more than 5 photos” or explain how ordering works. A discreet “Info” button then appears at the top of the gallery – the text opens at any time, even while browsing the photos. Just as you need it, for any gallery or in your presets.

Yes, if you enter your client’s email address in the gallery. Fotobloom then reminds them to download the photos 7 days before expiry. For selection galleries there is also a reminder if the selection still hasn’t been sent after 7 days. You can switch off both per gallery, and your client can unsubscribe with one click.

Gallery, guest gallery, shop and photo album are available in German and English. Visitors from Germany, Austria and Switzerland automatically see German, everyone else sees English – and anyone can switch at the bottom of the gallery. You can also set a fixed language per gallery.

Tags help you organise your galleries, for example “Wedding 2026” or “Photo booth”. You can turn galleries into a portfolio: a beautiful overview page with its own link – put together by hand or automatically with all galleries that share a tag.

Yes. Your logo and contact details appear in every gallery, and you can switch on a watermark per gallery. With your own address, your galleries run under your domain instead of fotobloom.com.

Extra features you switch on and off per gallery: guest gallery via QR code, audio guestbook, AI photo album and digital shop. All of them are included in every plan at no extra cost.

No. Guests scan the QR code, choose their photos and videos and upload them directly in the browser. Before uploading, they consent to the processing – GDPR-compliant.

Yes. Anyone allowed to see the guest photos can open them full size, swipe through and download individual photos and videos – if you allow it. Anyone who doesn’t want a photo in the gallery can send you a removal request in a few clicks. You decide in the admin area, and the person then receives a confirmation automatically.

Yes. Under “Event add-ons” you create a standalone guest page or an audio guestbook – separately or together, with its own link and QR code. Ideal if, for example, you only rent out the audio phone.

LumaBooth (formerly dslrBooth), Sparkbooth and Breeze (Breeze Booth, DSLR Remote Pro). For LumaBooth, you install the small Fotobloom uploader and enter one address in the triggers. For Sparkbooth, the uploader watches the save folders – or Sparkbooth uploads the photo strips itself via “Custom Upload” and shows guests a QR code. Breeze reports photos via Breeze Cloud; alternatively the uploader watches the image folder. Originals and images with template land in separate albums. Other software that saves images to folders works with the uploader too. Your own programs send photos via our API.

Yes. For each photo booth you choose: originals only, print layouts with your frame only, or both. Both end up either in one gallery with two albums or in two separate galleries. You can set the album names yourself.

Nothing gets lost. The photos wait on the photo booth PC and upload automatically as soon as the internet is back.

You set prices per gallery: per photo, bundles, the whole gallery or free photos. Your clients mark photos with ♥, place an order and, after payment, download everything in full quality without watermarks.

Fotobloom takes no commission. With online payment, the money goes straight to you via your own Stripe account – only the usual Stripe fees apply. Alternatively, you offer PayPal or bank transfer and unlock the order with one click once the payment has arrived.

Your clients choose a format and their favourite photos, and the AI designs a complete album with chapters. Then they adjust photos, crops and layouts and send you the album. You receive a print-ready PDF at 300 dpi with bleed – ready for your print lab.

No. The AI photo album runs entirely on our servers in Germany. Your photos don’t leave Fotobloom for this.

You’ll get a reminder a week before. If you don’t choose a plan, you can no longer upload. One week later your galleries are deleted – until then you can download everything as a ZIP. If your 50 GB of trial storage fills up earlier, you can choose a plan at any time.

Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. If you pay yearly, you get two months free.

Yes. Under “Recommend” you’ll find your personal link. For every sign-up through it you get one month free – during the trial, your trial is extended by 30 days.

Your galleries stay online; only new uploads are no longer possible. Choose a bigger plan or delete old galleries – the storage is freed up immediately. On the Studio plan you simply add extra storage: €5 a month per 250 GB.

Yes. All data is stored on servers in Germany, the data processing agreement (DPA) is included and guests give their consent with every upload.

No. Fotobloom only sets cookies that are needed for things to work (e.g. a gallery password or your language choice) and uses no analytics or advertising services. No consent is required for that – so your clients don’t see a cookie banner.
